Customer service at Tata1mg is a joke and the firm is a borderline scam!
I ordered some expensive heart failure medicines for my 75-year-old mother who is a heart patient on 30th May 2024. Order no. PO15024477832054, the total amount paid: Rs. 4563.2.

After much delay, I received the package, poorly packed, on June 6th here in Punjab. To my surprise, instead of heart medicines, the package contains three bottles of “Blood Purifier” Homeopathy. Up on close inspection of the invoice found inside it became clear that the order was meant for someone in Gujarat! This was for Order No PO15324113744627

Same day I called Tata 1mg toll free no. 1800–309–7373. To my shock, they said 1mg.com online website is completely different from the real Tata 1mg and they won’t help me any further.
So I checked the website where I placed the order; the only customer support I can get is via chat, another indication of how scammy this firm really is. After almost 28 times of chatting on various times and days, I received no resolution and the firm is outrightly denying any mistake from their side!
Finally I decided to tag them on X/Twitter and got some replies asking for further information. Here is the X/Twitter thread: https://x.com/ExaltFibs/status/1798998579677442513 Again no resolution despite waiting for four days. I filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India vide 5888488.
I am still waiting for a resolution for this apparently simple case of order swap, a mistake committed by the logistic team of Tata 1mg. If I learn anything from this incident it would be this:
Never order anything from Tata 1mg ever again!
